Well, these textures are just the v0.3 textures, so I actually suggest downloading the latest version of UABE, get the textures and mod them (The current latest version is 0.3.1).
Uh... It's a collection of textures. Not a game. You can easily download the zip file to your tablet/phone, unzip the file and then you can enjoy the collection of textures!
